How to Make Koko alaisa
Ingredients
Alaisa (rice)
Suka (sugar)
Vai (water)
Pe’e pe’e (coconut cream)
Koko (cocoa)
Equipment
Knife (nafi)
Pot (ulo)
Cup/bowl (ipu)
Spoon
Oven
instructions/steps
Wash the alaisa 3 times
Add vai to the alaisa
Let it boil
Add ½ koko to the pot
Let it boil
Add suka and pe’e pe’e
Let it boil for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy
