Koko alaisa

 How to Make Koko alaisa


Ingredients   

Alaisa (rice)

Suka (sugar)

Vai (water)

Pe’e pe’e (coconut cream)

Koko (cocoa)


Equipment

Knife (nafi)

Pot (ulo)

Cup/bowl (ipu)

Spoon 

Oven


instructions/steps

  1. Wash the alaisa 3 times

  2. Add vai to the alaisa

  3. Let it boil

  4. Add ½ koko to the pot

  5. Let it boil

  6. Add suka and pe’e pe’e

  7. Let it boil for 10 minutes

  8. Serve and enjoy
